Building Consulting Excellence

Our Building Consulting Excellence Program provides practical skills, knowledge and support to maximize the performance and value of those who provide consulting or advisory services to internal clients. Potential candidates for this program are those in “staff” functions or in shared services organizations, including those in human resources, finance, information technology, facility services and procurement, who are performing in a consulting or advisory capacity
