Outsourcing Services and Relationship ReviewFor many organizations the expectations and promises of outsourcing have been elusive. For some, they are not getting what they thought they ‘bought’, the services just don’t meet their needs anymore and the relationship with their service provider is deteriorating. For others, it is approaching renewal time and they are not clear on the best strategy going forward. The objective of our Outsourcing Services and Relationship Review is to provide organizations with a timely independent assessment of the current state of the relationship with their service provider.
